Established the HSE management committee to implement the normalization management of safety production in each area, through the evalsuation of the second-level enterprises of safety production standardization in Jiangsu Province, through the five-in-one safety information management platform, strictly enforce the national laws and regulations on safety, and through the implementation of the safety production management system, effectively eliminate the hidden dangers in the production and operation of the company, so as to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.

The "Changshun Fund" has been set up within the group.
It is mainly used for gifts and cash gifts for employees' birthdays, weddings and funerals;
visiting gifts for sick employees; and subsidizing employees in difficulty.
Every year, Changshun Group donates money and materials to poor students, people in disaster areas and other disadvantaged groups through the Hope Project, the Red Cross and the Port City Filling Love Platform, which has won the title of Outstanding Contribution Award for Charity in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone.
On April 3, 2007, Changshun Group set up a grant in Nanjing University to help 25 students from poor families to complete their studies. [Two enterprises set up a grant in Nanjing University,reported by Zhangjiagang Daily on April 10, 2007];
On May 12th, an 8.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, and Changshun Group immediately donated funds to the Jiangsu Red Cross for the rescue and reconstruction of the disaster area; In 2020, at the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Changshun Group, a donation of 1 million yuan was made to families in Zhangjiagang who became poor due to illness or were unable to attend school due to poverty;
In 2021, the Group donated 400 mattresses to children in Bashan, Sichuan in the name of Fessura Mattress, contributing to the harmonious development of society.
